charmed by the dutch charm
quiet location friendly staff excellent value
the hotel was in a quiet location which was safe and pleasant to walk around. the staff was polite and friendly. i found the value for money to be excellent.
the stairway to the uppermost bedrooms is narrow however this was not a major issue.

clean room available parking missing fruit teapot coffee
the single room was clean tidy and comfortable i found it completely silent after 11pm but it was also quiet before then. parking was available which i found convenient and the restaurant served good food.
breakfast lacked fresh fruit cheeses and yogurts i also noticed a lack of hams. coffee was served in a teapot it was like the items were individually priced as if i was in a cafe.

high quality food quiet location friendly staff excellent value
The food consistently was high quality (I especially liked the breakfast options). The hotel is in a quiet location, so late-night walks felt safe. The staff always greeted me. The value was excellent, so I plan a return visit soon.
The access to the parking area was a little tight.

helpful staff good service noisy bar reception area
the staff was lovely and helpful. the breakfast was good and the service was also good. (i particularly enjoyed the fresh coffee.)
There was no clear reception area. the bar immediately below the room was very noisy. Patrons made loud noises upon exiting at midnight. (it was hard to sleep)

i found the location quite convenient, especially with the bus stop nearby allowing easy access to the city center. the room felt cozy and well kept. breakfast was tasty, and the staff were quite attentive.

The restaurant offers reasonably priced, proper food, perfect after a long day. The bar area has a pleasant atmosphere. breakfast included standard hot options. The food was AMAZING!!!

Parking is available. This is a huge benefit in the area. the hotel maintains a tidy and clean environment throughout the premises. it has a pub, nice.
